Well, I think it is, anyway. For ages I've wanted the water to be clear and not the inky blue that the vanilla game and most water mods make it. I did have similar water with ENB v0.119, but apparently that was a 'bug' with SSAO and was 'fixed' in the next release.

So, as an experiment, I took a water recolour mod (linked below), and edited it in TES5Edit, first making the 'deep water' the same colour as the 'shallow water', but found that still too dark, and then doubling the numbers I had just edited to get them as they are now.
