A very powerful set of images, and I very much enjoyed reading through all your well-chosen words. You really have the gift of a story-teller, and it is a very rare gift indeed! ;-)
    Well-done!!

If I didn't need so much time understand all of it, I would read, with passion... But I still can see passion in the shots, the way you take them, and all the effort for each scene... Thank you
I've always been a stressed guy, stressing for anything since I'm a child. Why things should well happen, if they can be bad ? But I'm used to it... I think. I had exams too, I was very stressed.. If you love what you do as for this story, you shouldn't have problem ... I suck for comforting people... I hope thing will go well, Kayol

Hey, I get it. Sometimes the language barrier proves to be too much for me, too (and I study English Philology... oh well ). Thank you for your kind words! I do love my studies, even though I've got tons of work to do, so I guess things will work out in the end

    Oh my!

How I have managed to miss your tremendous art earlier - yes, both images and writing - is beyond me to be honest. I guess I'm not as active as I should be around people I don't have added. I feel sorry about that, I truly do, because here I am, utterly amazed by your talent for storytelling and that's something that lays very close to my heart...

I'll be keeping a better track on you from now on, that's for certain! Thank you for the "writing lesson"!

And my very best wishes for your exams!

Thank you so much for your comment! Oh, and welcome to my (or, should I say, Saga's) domain of lame jokes and drama

I'm really glad you found my little scribblings to your liking. I grew quite fond of writing this little series and I'm always overjoyed when people find reading it entertaining.

Also, let me tell you that these image sets you have in your gallery are absolutely beautiful!

      Thank you again!

Excellent work Kayol, I really enjoyed this one. All of Saga's little doubts, her fears, laid bare to her grandmother. Who cannot speak, or more importantly, judge her.

Good luck on your exams and on your thesis, I really hope you do great!

      Thank you so much!

Yes, I think there is a lot of fear hidden underneath her blind faith in Sithis and the Night Mother. I wanted to hint a bit that Saga tries to embrace the zealotry of Cicero (that is, complete devotion to the deity, taking pleasure from drawing blood and taking lives), at the same time not being too comfortable while doing so.

      Thanks again!

Seems that the story Saga told to her grandmother was more for herself, a way of trying to reassure herself of the path that she is on, to try to chase away worries, uncertainties and a heavy burden she has run from, it is great how you illustrate her state of mind and the emotion in Saga's face in the shots really adds to that. A wonderfully written tale, Kayol, and I wish you luck on those exams

Thank you for both your review and good wishes (I'm gonna need some luck, let me tell you...)! Yes, I was aiming at that hint of uncertainty, Saga's trademark state of mind, hidden beneath that newly found fanatic faith. It felt only natural to pick her grandmother's grave as a silent bearer of her story, since they were really close (remember "Nestling"?), not to mention her grandmother was Saga's only link to her previous beliefs, namely the whole huntress/Hircine worshipper business.
Damn, I really need to find some time to read your stories again. I feel guilty for not reviewing.
      Thanks again!
