Yeah; has been quite a while and I think my timing with the initial released (right in the midst of the steam "paywall ordeal" >_> caused it to slip through the radar of many; which isn't a bad thing I suppose Thank you very much for considering taking a look
Didn't know nothing about this project. I honestly started to play like a primitive during my last run, without a real place to call home, but if I have time I'll get a look at it...
Yeah; it was / is a rather small mod and it has been quite a while since I last did some work on it (basically initial release and a quick "workaround" shortly after .. ) - Glad you do consider taking a look if time allows
I remember it different, you must have redone the exterior walls. I like the images of the underground hotsprings. I'll load this up, wander around and look at it. I enjoyed Fimbulvetr Retreat much when you first released it. Your image here has a very nice "homely cabin" look, that is nice and some times hard to achieve.
Thank you very much; even though I did not change much about the walls - why it might look very differently is that the two Flame Braziers at the Entrance now have proper Light Sources while they previously did not have those light sources which might change the color tone of the front wall at the entrance and therefore the other walls around it in comparison (unless I can't remember a change I might have made earlier .. )
Edit: Since the complete house uses Bethesda File structures the textures you have installed will heavily influence the look of the house - I for example use Skyrim 2kHD which makes those walls look like this; but from the image you submitted back then you seem/ed to use another texture for those -> the house looked quite differently
Glad you do like the Image and think it looks like a comfy/homly cabin, very much appreciated!
Oh well; since the House has no defined age he could have bought/build it in a happier time and is still somewhat attached to it for nostalgia sake or something .. thank you again for your kind feedback!
