I'd say, start writing that book! I was in the same situation for many years ago. Played a lot of table top games with long lasting campaigns and since we used my made up fantasy world, the concept material grew quite large...very large infact, because I'm still trying to sort some things out and it's been nearly fifteen years now...
Having such a treasure to build your novel stories upon is a true blessing, believe me. It makes your world so much more belivable, even if there are lots of names to remember for the reader. Still, it feels very real and worked upon, so start sorting those ideas for a book or two and get started writing...
You'll have a blast, I assure you and you're gonna thank all those memories from when playing the old table top game as well...
