You worked the conflict of the immortals very well an believable out...and the pictures of you, Corfus and FNVNuke 180 are awesome infernalic....WOW...great work
I hope, Grim will recreate after this torture of his body and soul....but I think, he is stong enought.....
The last pic is touching me
Glad you enjoyed the story and shots! Was fun sharing the work with Corfus and FNVNuke.
I believe, the work with them was fantastic, because you were a very creative trio
The result shows, that I`m right
Mora is definitely a gambler, even trying to call the bluff and pull wool over the eyes to the last, but now he pays for all the trouble he has caused. I know Grim/Lorkhan used the red mountain while Frea and Hircine tried to protect the Skaal and Solstheim from the effect of the storm. I was just wandering what the consequences of Morrowind itself would be, those area which are still inhabited and other nearby regions if they were close enough to be effected.
I really like your main shot, feel like the place is really burning and the mix of shots work well together.
I hope Grim can recover from this, he has enough people who care about him, though this could well change his outlook on everything and will he be who he was or a new person ?
The Duchess of the Void is some what of a new Entity to me, another very interesting character. I wonder what she will do with Mora. Seems he has a lot of time to think about things. Lets hope Xavier can do a better job of Apocrypha in Mora's Absence.
I wonder if Mora figured out Nocturnal had paid him a visit and set light to the place, private joke between me and you
Great work Jon a very Epic part to your story !
Aye you knowing the Caretaker helps a lot. My stories would become endless if I had to explain all of Grim's past everytime. It is a big plus for people who have been with Grim but a major negative for new people. Probably why I hope to start with short stories for Grim now that will mention less of his past except for key things I simply can't get around. Also want to work on Kavel.
I wish it was less blurry (main). I used the firestorm explosion, place at me 7, then increased the scale in amounts of 20. But the explosion causes the blur. I was able to use sgrb 1 0 0 1 to remove some blur but not all of it. Anyhow at least it gave the feeling I wanted - Apocrypha up in flame. Then I had your awesome shots for the close-ups with Mora writhing in the flame. Overall think it worked out well.
FNVNuke didn't post much on her but we chatted in PM and he gave me a bit more detail on her. She made a great enforcer and warden for Mora. Poor Mora - he was actually up against two cosmic forces
Great images and battle of Apocrypha burning and the other Princes not willing to help him out, even Sithis hanging back watching in enjoyment at the Chaos this was causing. And what a promotion for Xavier, eh? From minion to fill-in Daedric Prince in an instant. It does make me wonder if I should use him instead of Mora in any of the quests that involve Mora for my stories
Lorkhan has gotten revenge and seemed to be kind enough to leave a sliver of himself in Grim to keep him alive and a piece of Nirn was not destroyed by his actions because of Frea (and Hirsine and Kyne). Great stuff here and now I'm off to read the finale
Xavier was being used by both Liadys and Nataly as Mora's Avatar on Nirn in their stories, and he was also used in my Kavel Bloodmoon stories ... so it seemed to make sense. Xavier has been Mora's Avatar for many centuries (can't remember the time, maybe 1000 years? would have to look it up). So while a minion in power he is well acclimated to Apocrypha and closely attuned to Mora. I assume the powers that be also know this will enable some .. umm guidance ... from Mora while he is on "vacation" lol.
As for Lorkhan's sliver ... I might use the word pragmatic versus kind. Of course Grim was destined to be Fenrirs heir, and hence Lorkhan's guardian of the North. What this suggests is Lorkhan might have had a hand in Grim's creation as well ... with the goal of making him his avatar. Yet just like Lorkhan rebelled against Sithis it seems Grim rebelled against being an avatar. So I think Lorkhan kept him alive thinking that if Grim's mind never healed he would have the body to use as his own Avatar. If Grim survived, well that was okay as well as Lorkhan is not cruel and does care for mortals. What he values is free will and choice so he wanted to leave it up to Grim.
Jon, do you have PDF?, so i can download and read in offline because... you know...internet connection in my home is not always stable
* everything is awesome in this chapter.
Actually its a good idea and one I have been working on but got sidetracked. I had the first five chapters from Book 1 done and then got lazy. Anyhow I converted parts 1 - 4 of chapter 26 and you can find them here:

Thank you for the nice comment!

Well that slimehole sure finally got what was coming to him ! ( I know you said it wasn't lore-friendly..but I always though Jyggalag had been "banished" because the other Prince feared him.). It's always the same that gets all the fun ! Sannedia wanted to set Mora's library on fire !...I hope Grim took note about the combustion of books in apocrypha ( sorry ! )
Xavier is ruling over Apocrypha while Mora is getting his spanking in the void by the Dutchess, interesting. Wonder how that's going to play out later on !
It's not looking very good for Grim right now...hm I'm scared for him !
Cosmic battle you had there ! Incredible work !
Tell Sandy that all it requires is the ability to manipulate raw chaos at the quantum level to see another plane of existence on fire
Lol Duchess spanking that pile of squirming tentacles. That is an image to remember for sure. She probably slurped him up like noodles!
Seems like Mora with his meddling has annoyed far greater powers then just mortals he likes to torment. his last meddling with an Eye had dreary consequences but it has taught him nothing, it seems, so he was looking forward to meddle again in his quest for absolute power and knowledge it can bring. I guess Lorkhan was very happy to act on Caretaker behalf and take care of Mora. and looks like Xavier might get much more important role and lots of screen time, due to Caretaker plans for him... only something tells me that he would be no better then Mora!
Te images of battle of wills were epic, as well as description and it was so in Mora style to try to make deals even with his enemy to save himself and his own realm. Also somehow I am not surprised that none of Princes wished to help him and it seems he was a bit jealous that unlike in his situation, Huntsman and Sam do watch over each other... By the way... the assault on Prince in his own home realm is not lore breaking, if ESO became official lore, since there with the help of Meridia, hero Vestige has attacked Molag Bal in his own realm and seriously hurt him, which limited some of his meddling, for it took time for him to recover... although he never stopped in making insidious plans and his schemes with his other servants being present in full power... maybe that what awaits Mora and Xavier, and I ma very interested at how they might interact in the ending, as well as in Hircine quest and especially Grim's fate!
Poor Grim... for now he surely had seen and experienced too much mortal mind can comprehend so i guess his closed off state was a reaction to those events. Very sad thing that due to merging and battle in apocrypha Grim's body won't survive without Lorkhan spark and I wonder what his friends plan to do and how they will react to such news... although, given a teaser, Erik would have fitting reaction to such news.
I would so look forward for continuation and thank you for sharing your awesome work!
I left "how long for mora to be out" vague for other writers just in case. In Grim's world I expect Mora will be out for awhile. I doubt Xavier will be much better though. Still I don't think Xavier will meddle with Grim too soon considering what happened to Mora. Also in a way Xavier has Grim to thank for his new status. Unlike Grim, Xavier is all too happy to pay the price of a twisted mind for power. Having spent centuries as Mora's avatar I figured he would be well suited for the job. As you will see in the epilogue Xavier will be able to talk to Mora during the Princes "exile" which will make for some unique situations. Like Xavier knows Mora will be back some day ... but what if he could prevent Mora from regaining full strength? I wonder if Xavier would risk it all to keep his new position?
You know how much I love the brotherly affection between Sam and Hircine - I just had to mention that! Also I had forgotten about Molag in ESO! So right. Grim and Lorkhan somewhat mirror that don't they. Cool - I am not so anti-lore after all it seems.
As for the rest - well chapter 4 is published. I hope you enjoy it!
I have been worried about Grim since part 1, somehow I had the feeling, that we will not see him again in the way we used to know him. After reading this, I`m quite sure that I have been right. If I am, it would make me very sad, but it would also be a worthy and heroic end. Please tell me, that oart 4 will also be ready this weekend, can`t wait
As for the rest well I saw you read part 4 :-)
