Yep nothing much about this image, just that Heimskr called him an Imperial dog and coward. Damocles grabs him by the collar and brings his sword to his neck, doesn't kill him but he would have.

Damocles knew if he killed him, he wouldn't be any better then the Thalmor, his true enemy.
