I decided to go with bone since bosmer don't use wood which is what i had planned, haven't started texturing the bow string.

I need this... for reasons. Not sure if a bone could be actually processed this way but we are in the fantasy land so who cares.

  According the lore they add some stuff to it to increase flexibility, so it's lore friendly, but yeah i don't think there are bone bows in real life.

  There are actually. The horsemen in the steppes of asia made their composite bows mostly out of ox horn. But even closer to your bow was the sheephorn bows made by tribes like the Shoshone in the Rocky Mountains. Those were often made from several pieces of horn merged with glue. No wood or other material added to it. As far as I see it that makes this bow not only lore-friendly but friendly to reality.

  Is it possible that you'll be adding custom arrows with your bow? Be nice to have some unique arrows to shoot.

  Didn't know those bows existed, anyway, not sure if i'll make custom arrows for it, dragonbone arrows fit well.
