Just the Pentius Oculatus assault force. The Empire sends them on missions that the normal soldier can't do. This group is led by Commander Damocles. Former Legate in the Imperial Legion and he is the guy in the group with the scar. :)

Nice group shot very well done and interesting characters, I don't like the Pentius Oculatus mind, lets just say my Elvina had a slight disagreement with them about the Emperor.

  Hmm Damocles don't like the Emperor ether but the Pentius Oculatus were the ones who put some sort of reason in Damocles life after he lost his wife and daughter to the Thalmor and getting expelled from the legion. So he trys to not let his thoughts cloud what he thanks about the Emperor.
  
  He trys but it is hard because he hates him that much.
