   I know this is months later, but for anyone who visits this and wonders the same question as Artem below:
   
   Sibbi simply leaves the jail for the wedding. There appears to be a recognized family connection among npc's, thus when one is married the others will attend the wedding. I find it very heartwarming to know the developers cared enough to add in this little mechanic.

   No, and I had to toss around an ungodly amount of console commands and mods to get it just right. I don't even remember what I did to get her to say yes.

   He is a Nord with a very heavy tan. I figured he spent his childhood in Stros M'Kai, in Hammerfell. Perhaps the son of a Nord Legionnaire and a Redguard woman.
