Right now Grim is channeling Kavel (i.e. I am designing and testing Kavel using a preset I made that I just work on through Grim's game) so the two can't exist at the same time.
Creating a new character is a HUGE, and I mean HUGE thing for me. I almost never do it. I tend to focus on one main character for a game and thats it. Skyrim is unusual in that Grim was my third character. He is also my favorite character in ANY game I have ever played.
But after two years I felt the itch to try something new so started some work on Kavel. I won't officially create him until I am sure I want to. Then he will have his own world (custom mod list) and game, separate from Grims - although they can cross over as both Grim and Kavel use similar files so I can easily make them followers in each other worlds).
I do not know yet if Grim and Kavel will ever meet. To me my characters are all the same person in some ways - they are all ME or at least my "soul" and they are my avatars in Skyrim (or any game). So in my mind they can't really exist at the same time.
Kavel is going to be a darker character. Grim is somewhat my "ideal self" in that he represents what I would like to be. Kavel is going to be a darker character, a chance to explore the shadow side of my personality - as in Carl Jungs Shadow Archetype. Also a chance to just have a little fun with a darker character *grin*
I just want to play around with writing a different style character ... because I am not sure I can. All my characters tend to be good guys as I think the world needs more good guys (and gals) as there is more than enough evil to go around ... never seems to be enough good though.

After more than one year Skyrim with quite the same character as in oblivion, I tried different chars. My dark side wishes to make such a dark person, but after a longer time she becomes better and better. I understand you
