      The Rock textures are called Superior Rock Textures: http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/37256/?
      
      And the Road textures are the official 2K Skyrim textures.

      Oh wow, I actually used to use superior rock textures but replaced them with skyrim realistic overhaul mountains for parallax. Need to revisit that mod, thanks.

      Now that you said parallax, I remember that the road textures are also enhanced by Project Parallax remastered. Check it out if you haven't already.
