Ah thanks - Grim Adaar is very fun to play and enjoyed playing him in DAI. Back to writing my stories now - will probably play some more DAI later when the first play through fades a little.

Many thanks Mikie! I have a lot of imagination and love to write. Every game I play I tend to come up with elaborate back stories and profiles for my characters - adds depth to the game for me.

You're the grandmaster of TES-related strorytelling, and all your images are fabulous. It's a rarity to tell a story and illustrate it so that both things are as memorable as yours.

Great set! I take a little break of my own (not Thedas yet, trying the Shroud of the Avatar pre alpha) and almost miss this. I do have to point out in the first pic it looks like our boy needs a wet nap...kinda looks like he has a little mud on his forehead

Thanks Sky! He does - Grim is probably one of the super rare characters around here you will see using the dirt mask. The SSS settings sometimes make the dirt to transparent in certain lighting conditions but I don't want to give up the SSS settings I use to make the mud solid all the time. But he has a dirty face

Nicely done my friend. I really like the crossover you done here. I was meaning to get DAI. I got the last two and really like theme because of the story and all the characters that made the games so good. I hope you are enjoying it

Thanks Ronald! DAI is a lot of fun ... got about 80 hours into it and probably be about a 100 when I finish my first play through as I plan on saving content for a second play through so I have some new stuff. Plus will make some different choices. But second play through probably come after a break as I have some Skyrim projects to work on.

A wonderful little tale of Grim's possible upbringing in another time and place; love the cross-overs since they often times make you think outside the box. Cool images, as well; but just one question: are the guys with the horns (Qunari) from a race mod or something? Just curious, since I don't ever remember seeing them before.

Oh yea, and the music added a really nice touch to your story. :-)

Hey DoC - nice to see you around again! Sorry I was a bit obscure about the "other world" I was talking about as I was trying to "keep in story" mode. You also have not been around so have missed some of my comments and posts about playing Dragon Age Inquisition (DAI). The Qunari is a playable race from DAI which is a new game just released by Bioware/EA. Grim Adaar is Grim's soul as represented in the world of DAI, known as Thedas.

Bwah haw haw har!!!! I was reading this thinking, all good, all good... then BAM!!! Up pops a Quinari!! Freaking awesome hon. You little teaser you...

Be nice if DAI had a Nexus though (in all seriousness) so we could start uploading images there.... hint hint Dark One if you happen to be reading this comment!

      Hehehe...

As for a DAI Nexus, it'll be automatically created when someone uploads a mod for DAI and classes it as such. Nexus staff don't have to create sub-Nexuses manually any more. (And the upload wizard already has DAI in the dropdown list, albeit with a "(0)" for "zero mods".)

@Jessb - Thanks Thought it was a nice way to show Grim in a different universe while also tying it into his own story in Skyrim. Plus an excuse to write a little bit. Appreciate you checking it out.

@Aaron - That was what I was thinking - that they get self made now once something is added. Just not sure how open DAI will be to modding.
