WIP Bosmer Overhaul

My current mod I'm working on is a Bosmer overhaul based on the original bosmer concept art. Bosmer players will have a selection of horns and antlers to choose from. Bosmer will receive a hand-to-hand bonus and will claw like Argonians and Khajiit. 

In the original bosmer concept art, they had beast-like features that varied from bosmer to bosmer. Some of them had turks, horns, antlers, hooves, and other features. I will not cover all these but we will see what I can do. I just started with antlers.
