Okay, so the staff isn't called 'Staff of Summon Spriggan' but the Fox Staff of Kynareth now summons spriggans, since I noticed that there was not an ability to summon spriggans in Skyrim, so I made one!  And what better symbol of Kynareth's power than that of her own nature.   :D
