About this image

Any Help Appreciated
This actually started a couple of months ago, but I've had preciously little time to try and sort it. Basically, anyone (PC and NPCs alike), who take out weapons and move forward, go into a static pose but move forward statue like. Most other animations seem to be OK.
I've tried uninstalling Killing move mods etc but so far I can't seem to fix it.
Any ideas out there?

    UPDATE....
Thanks all for the help. Tried a few things over last couple of days and at one point managed to break all animations (wouldn't have made for very exciting screenies from me in future).
HOWEVER... pleased to say I finally got it (fingers crossed).
First took off most of my other animation mods to try and get back to basics.
Then 1st I did put on the XP32 New Animation Package - Nexus Exclusive by xp32 (http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/29622), but this on its own seemed to break all animations.
So then I also installed Realistic Ragdolls and Force by dDefinder (http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/601) so I could use XPMS option... still didn't work.
SO THEN, dispite having no custom races, I put on PC Exclusive Animation Path by xp32 (http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/14871). and....
SUDDENLY IT WORKS AGAIN. I have not a clue what the issues were (despite still having error messages in FNIS Generator), but so far it's fixed and that's all that counts.
    Thanks again for the help

broke all animations? I can only assume you unpacked the bsa files and copy/pasted all animation files in the skyrim folder right?
I did that ones, for some reason adding the files it needs to play the animations... somehow breaks all animations XD seriously wish somebody could explain that one to me, how the required files for the game to read the animations, actually breaks the animations so the game can't read them :/

I've had the problem and I think it happens when hitting TFC1 during certain vanilla "game" animations. Like during vanilla quest specific dialog.
The only way to get rid of it (I know of) is to go to a save before the incident.
    Good luck!

Thanks AOK - Wish this had worked for me as I'd have rather played the last 2 months again, but unfortunately it didn't. Worth a try tho

seems you or nmm removed your sprint + weapon animation file from the folder XD

unfortunately I know no solution but removing everything (except saves) and reinstall the game (be sure to delete all files as steam's a annoying helper who keeps placing back broke stuff) if you don't remove it manually, I still curse the day steam started meddling with my files)

Have you any mods that alter vanilla levelled lists? When you alter vanilla levelled lists for NPCs and enemies, you get this. Even if you remove the mod, the issue continues and can be fixed only with a new game.

If you have FNIS there is a tool that recompiled the animations with it,
    http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/31297/?
Also it is worth looking at the likes of Yukl mystic mage animation's
    http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/33914/?
Or XP32's Nexus Exclusive new animation package,
    http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/29622/?
You need FNIS for either of these to work properly and follow the instructions, the Generator which recompiles the animations is in a folder in the DATA files which on my system is located,
    "Crogram Files (x86)SteamSteamAppscommonskyrimDatatoolsGenerateFNIS_for_Users"
Just make a short cut for the executable and before you generate it will bring up a dialogue box with a number of clickable options, both of the above need gender specific animations to be selected but XP32's also need's the skeleton arm fix selecting, use this skeleton arm fix for any custom skeleton as well as XP32's one's.
    Hope this help's.

Have you tried running Fnis every time you start Skyrim... I had that at one time for about a month, and I just ran it every time I loaded Skyrim and after awhile it just went away or I never noticed again.. no idea what caused it.

Haven't you added new weapon animations, that may be caused by that.
Have you ran fnis for users? when adding/removing animation mods, you should run it.
It might be something else, but this all i can think of.
Anyways cool comic situation Mr Reimar

Have you tried using FNIS? Some animations may need to get fixed or made compatible, especially if it's pertaining to a custom body or skeleton mesh mod.
