Ok... lets start...
I got good friends here, and i can say a big thank you for that to the site!
But also there is a sensitive thing, what is called: endorsement.
The idea is basically great, but also i sadly noticed it is not working well...
Some people who are poplular can get many endos with much less work and results than some people who are not popular, work a lot with 1-2 really nice set... and got endos almost just from friends.
But you know, i love my friends here...
If you are upset due the endos, think to your friends!
Have fun, and make good pictures and friendships!

Personally I do not offend photographing faces or bodies, and you know that this attracts endorsements much more than other things but there are various ways to do it more or less artistic to do so.
if anything, the problems lie in the fact:
1) there is never a criticism, there is only indifference that is the thing you fear most also because it is not easy to interpret in its contents.
2) the difference between a good job and a mediocre one is often caused by the power of the hardware available, which in this type of thing seems to me to have an important role. Of ideas then I do not see many.
3) the user here reflects the mentality of the mainstream. most of the artists did hunger throughout life, but it has not stopped doing what he did because no one filled them with praise or endorsements. We can not expect that everyone can appreciate different artistic values??, when most users are simply players who bring their own character in an attempt to win a beauty contest.
5) Strange, should have already figured out that the coolest character of all is mine.
6) Honestly, I like them more than the comments that endorsements. A comment is an emotional reaction, a possibility of human relationship, push a button is a thing of much less importance.
7) Do you want to make art? Forget the ego.

Needless to say that I'm guilty of posting some face/sexy shots myself, but even so I'm not even near the top even more be know, so the doll faces or sexy that's not a rule, it's a exception...hell my most endorsed ss it's a random shot with my character kneeled in the middle of a side road.
that's kind of a shame ..
