    Ugh i think you are just missing a mesh or a mod loaded out of order. If his/her head appeared after looting the helm then that is why the the head wasn't showing.

      Ah, thank you. Her head did reappear after I looted her armor. But putting on the armor on my character did not make the head disappear, though, it's perfectly normal.
