This is pre-rendered in another program like Poser and then was Photoshopped into a Skyrim background. The smoothness of the mesh and detail of the skin is impossible for Skyrim to render. I know because I'm working on 4k facial textures for me own mod, and textures alone don't fix the low-poly edges of the mesh.
In order for this character to be real, it would have to be a 100% brand new head mesh and body mesh with a poly count that Skyrim simply can not render.
what about mesh from http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/images/215081/?page=2&sort=DESC&pid=0&thread_id=935631&pUp=1 is it illegal too, like you said it look too good to be true. And i got fooled by it before reading your post and asking on chat
I apologize for my inaccurate claims of Skyrim's limitations, but illegal content is still illegal. If it's too good to be true, it likely is.
Obviously the site staff doesn't tolerate uploads of any Poser/Daz/ripped content - even to the imageshare. It doesn't matter if you keep it private, you can't share it here either. Even though you can't read this anymore elewin, I wish you all the best. Even if they were ripped, porting models to Skyrim is a lot more then what I can do.
lol...at least read my reply before making more false accusations...
It is impossible to use texture to fix the low poly head, which is why I have multiple posts regarding my custom high quality head mesh (before UNP Tayler, which is the successor to Project Allucinor, which is itself successor to 7k poly head mesh):

I even have it for download, so long as you make your own morphs...
Reading is your friend...
PS. What, in your mind, is this poly count *impossible* for skyrim to render? The entire character (head, body, hands, feet) adds up to ~60k verts, which hardly raises an eyebrow for the Creation Engine, when it rendered my 5-6M vert test models without any problems.
I don't mean to be overly aggressive in the accusations, but your model looks like something I'd be downloading from DAZ for Poser and other rendering programs. I'm by no means a modeling expert, but I know the process usually involves making a high-poly model in a program such as Z-brush and then making a much more low-poly model that the game can handle.
Honestly, it's the mesh I question more then the textures. I know textures can go high because I have my own 4k facial textures for my own mod. But a mesh that smooth and detailed...? Sorry, I just have a hard time believing it.
How about some video? That would give undeniable proof and of course I'll provide a proper apology for my skepticism. I would love to see this be possible...even if I'd prefer a less "glamor" type style.
7K poly mesh. The poor ppl who downloaded this. Even a 7k head model straight out of ZBrush is hard to handle via C4D/3ds Max/Maya/whatever your 3D app of choice is... and Skyrim is a game engine. Lol.
From what your profile tells me, you just use DAZ content to make your 'mods' what is srsly risky (cause you stole paid meshes) but you troll all the other guys here with your 'taylor' girl... Help.
Render your taylor in wireframe with poly count and displayed bone assignments. But I know you can't. Cause this isn't brought to Skyrim.
Is this rendered seperatly? It looks like the skin has SSS. If not, how the hell did you do that and how does that not make your computer say, "f*#@ you."
Wow! Just amazing work! I'm so shocked by the quality of this! Apparently others here are used to seeing your work, but this is my first time and I'm floored...
