How do I fix this

Problem with an FX shader this is a persistant probelm. This started to occer as soon as I finished the NightingGale questline. Theres also a significant amount of papyrus spam with this line
FXSetBlendVariableScript.psc\" Line 38

I\'m getting a lot of crashes now that I havent experienced all the way up to level 22. I\'ve only added some armor mods that add in only meshes and textures from the begening of this play.
