WOW - A Follower with her own followers

Who does this mod? Recruited this merchant walking down road near Solitude Docks, she has her own followers: Marcus and Fakreela.
You have no control over them but can gear them up with AP NPC Operator Spell. When you ask Althea to relax, they leave, but will show back up later when she resumes following. I searched the files here for her name, but can't find anywhere.
Anyone know which NPC mod this is from?

(I just met them, searched for "Althea" in the console and then looked what was the mod which index was in Althea's ID)

I did find that in a search earlier, but never installed it. I discovered her followers tend to leave when there is combat, I'll have to see if they show up again..
