Ship Anchor Mod for Rodina 1.2.1 by pstuddy\\\==============================================Click on the Videos tab to watch the Ship Anchor Mod video available in 1080p 60fps or go here:  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BdP7HPex0KISo I made this mod as a favor for a Rodina subreddit user that goes by "mordorimzrobimy".  This mod replaces the ship's "Docking Speed" with "Anchored" which you probably already guessed, allows the player to freeze or anchor the player ship in any position or orientation in space.  Yes, unfortunately, I had to remove the "Docking Speed" due to technical difficulties and my lack of understanding the Rodina code.  I managed to incorporate the "Anchored" shift below the "Docking Speed" and was able to shift up and down between them, but once I shifted down to the "Anchored" option, it renders the speeds of the other ones useless.  For some reason, the speeds of the other HUD gears gets converted to be no different than the "Anchored" option.  For example, after "Anchoring" once, I could shift back up to "Docking, Combat, and Cruising" but the game won't let me move away from the spot that I "Anchored".  Again this is due to my lack of scripting knowledge.  Thus, I decided to just replace "Docking Speed" with "Anchored" as this allowed me to swap back and forth between them and still work.  So yeah, NO "Docking Speed".  It's just "Anchored","Combat,"Cruise", and "Limnal".You can compensate for the loss of "Docking Speed" by practicing to move in "Combat Speed" as slow as you can.  You'll be able to go even slower than the "Docking Speed" with enough practice.  But if you are one of those who really needs the "Docking Speed" to safely land on a surface.  My tip would be to get as close as you can to the surface with the "Combat Speed" then quickly "Anchor" then re-orientate your ship. Then shift back up to "Combat Speed" and just let it naturally fall to the surface for a soft landing. This mod is useful for those who wants to just pretty much "air-park" their ship anywhere and just enjoy the view.Directions For Optimal Anchoring:  Once you've found a spot where you want to drop anchor, just simply shift down to what used to be the "Docking Speed" and your ship will stop where ever it's at on a dime!  Then you just simply re-orientate your ship (yes, you are still able to rotate your ship when it's anchored) into your preferred position in space and make sure the ship is as steady and still as you could get it before leaving the pilot's chair.  Otherwise, your ship could be spinning out of control or not as still as you'd want it.  Once you have gotten your ship as still as you want it, feel free to walk around and enjoy the view from inside or outside your ship!  Your ship will indefinitely stay at the height that you anchored at.  For better control over the orientation before anchoring, go into Options and turn "Ship Horizon Leveling" down to 0.Enjoy!!!Rodinahttps://elliptic-games.com/
