About this mod
You can now drive car but need a trainer but It wont drive bcs Idk , so with this modification it is now working

but it has flaw , the unlimted deadeye crashes the game everytime
I remove that and now U can drive cars
with skip intro screen since it needed to use the tune d11 file smth smth so theres no way of skipping the intro by using mods such as (silentpatch for GTA SA and GTA 4's FusionFix)
I am not the maker of this mod
I only mix it with skip intro for convenience
edit: I now gave seperate files FOR only the car stuff or handling (idk im new into this modding scene)

If you want the car to have engine sound
Finish the game storyline and replay the mission BEAR ONE ANOTHER'S BURDEN and stay in the car for a few seconds after that just fail the mission and cancel
Spawn the car using trainer and there you have it
