About this mod
Alters the settings of Easy to be VERY easy for those who have trouble with the game. Also alters Nightmare settings to ULTIMATE NIGHTMARE where all damage dealt and received is doubled (instead of damage dealt reduced you now hit as hard as you receive)

IMPORTANT NOTE - Yu CAN USE these mods with existing save files. Unlike other mods this should not effect your current saves in any way.

Alters the default settings of Easy and Nightmare to make the game far easier or far more difficult depending on your preference.
Easy is now VERY EASY and designed for those people who find the game too difficult. Damage against the player is very greatly reduced while healing and player attack damage are increased.
Nightmare on the other hand is ULTIMATE NIGHTMARE where all damage dealt and received is essentially doubled. Instead of the regular Nightmare mode where player attack damage was reduced - you now hit as hard as you receive. This rewards tactically play and makes it essentially that you avoid enemy attacks. Enviromental hazards are dangerous as well - you can die from a single fall if you fall from too high. Standing next to explosives or fire is not advised either!

Can I use this in an existing game?
Short A: Yes
Long A: YESSSS - just drop it in and go to options and switch your difficult to Easy or Nightmare. Good luck Morgan!
Can you increase the damage even more?
Short A: Ummm
Long A: Yeah I mean theoretically, but remember that there needs to be *some* room for weapon upgrade progression. Having the default unmoddififed shotgun one hit kill everything would render weapon mods pointless. (However upgrade it high enough and it should one hit kill phantoms and mimics with no problem - default should still kill in 1-3 shots depending on distance and if you get a critical or not, etc.).
Increasing damage the player takes is probably not advisable beyond the point I have it set at as everything will simple one hit kill Yu.
The game feels unbalanced now! Your shots and powers are too powerful!
Short A: Good!
Long A: This mod won't be for everyone. If you find the game is too easy because you can sneak up on a Typhon and kill it quickly or abuse the stronger powers like Combat Focus and/or Psychoshock then I strongly urge you to look at adding something like my hardcore mod (or components of it like the increased skill costs) to make the game more challenging - http://www.nexusmods.com/prey2017/mods/1/
INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
To use these mods - you simply locate where your game is installed and find the GameSDK folder.
Mine is \SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Prey\
Inside that folder is a subfolder called Precache (i.e. \SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Prey\GameSDK\Precache\).
All you need to do is place the pak file within the precache folder. To uninstall just remove it. Does not affect the official patch file.
Note that this bits are all "MOD"ular so you can pick and choose what you want to use and what you don't. You can also mix and match with other paks found here on the forums. HOWEVER please be aware that PAK files are loaded by the game alphabetically and the LAST file loaded is the one used so if you have other mods be aware of their load order as ones further down the line can invalidate earlier paks. i.e. - if something ain't working and you have other mods installed try moving them out of the folder temporarily to see if it fixes the issue
