What?
This mod disables autosaving when moving between zones in Pillars of Eternity on Steam/Windows. Your mileage may vary on other platforms. Take a backup!
Why?
Save and load times rapidly increase towards the end of the game. Autosaving on every loading screen can take quite a while, and there's no in-game option to disable it in the current version.
Please note this does not speed you saving/loading in any way. Remember to quicksave :)
How?
Copy the included Assembly-CSharp.dll over the one in your installation (e.g. ...\steamapps\common\Pillars of Eternity \PillarsOfEternity_Data\Managed\Assembly-CSharp.dll). Take a backup first!
Misc
This won't disable your Steam achievements. This is NOT compatible with IE Mod (same modified file). Saves are not affected - everything will work fine if you choose to use another mod later on. The only modification to the original binary is a removed autosave call from GameState.FinalizeLevelLoad().
