save to desktop, then rename file to: male_godlike_death_z_sm.png
paste the picture(s) into the following path of your pillars of eternity installation (example):

C:\SteamLibrary\SteamApps\common\Pillars of Eternity\PillarsOfEternity_Data\data\art\gui\portraits\player\male

start the game and they will be available (search around picture 10-20 in game)
No need to resize, it fits exactly ingame (try clicking on the picture here and it will be shown in correct size/shape). Enjoy!
