About this mod
A pretty but expensive home, just North of the Skingrad city wall.

Acquisition- Buyable for roughly 50,000 (gold, that is)
Fast Travel- Yes, not yet enabled
Features-
-Carefully furnished and lighted for strong cold/warm contrast
-Peaceful garden
-Unique little balcony
-Unique books to read (nothing too serious, mind you)
-A servant who'll recharge your magic items (when he's not sleeping in the basement)
-A great deal of display space
Instructions-
*Place ESP in your data folder
*Make sure to check it in the launcher/data files
*Play game
Buy your deed from a man wearing a leather cap in the two sister's lodge, Skingrad (lower room). You have to EQUIP THE DEED to obtain your key. Next, travel to the home, just North of Skingrad (already marked on your map), and try the door.

Fixed the bug that caused NPC's to squat on the balcony. Grr! Begone!
Added navmesh to interior
The new version (v 1.1) is available now. Just overwrite your old file.
