DESCRIPTION

The Order of Nibenay is a Business mod where
you start your own guild. Recruit members,
expand your hall, and reap in the profits!

Now, in 2.0, you can create 'minor' guild halls
so you can rake in even MORE profits!

(NOTE: THIS WAS REMOVED)
NEW IN 2.0: UPGRADE TO ESM (Master) FILE

I have taken a step that's very hard to take back.
The Order of Nibenay henceforthwith shall be a Master
File. Why? Because I plan on releasing add-ons to the mod,
such as a potential add-on for Kvatch Aftermath and later
Kvatch Rebuilt.

INSTALLATION

Simply extract the archive to the Data folder
in your Oblivion directory.

PLAYING THE MOD
===================================
BUYING THE GUILD:
To buy the guild, go to the King and Queen
Tavern.You will be accosted by Augustus
Malevolyn. The Guild costs 5000 gold.

UPGRADING THE HALL:
To upgrade the hall, speak with Favo Drothan
inside the main building at the Main Guild Hall.

RECRUITING MEMBERS:
In order to recruit a member (once you find one),
you need to get their disposition up to 70. They
will then tell you what type of services they want.
If they want a Tavern, they want a Barkeeper as well.
If they want a Chapel, they want a Priest as well.
If they want a Smithy, then they want a Smith as well.
If they want Barracks, you only need to have a Level One Barracks.

To find the members, simply use the List of Potential Recruits
found on the table near the Guildmaster's Chest. (To the right as
you enter the main hall)

MAKING A PROFIT:
Profit is controlled by two things that are very interconnected
1. Number of Mercenaries Currently Using Barracks
2. Size of Barracks

A mercenary is only using the barracks if they have not been promoted
to a head of a Minor Hall (Knight) or Champion.

Each Barracks level can only support 6 mercenaries each (unless you
hit Level 3, where you don't need to worry about this anymore)
You start with Level 0, which can support NO members. To make a greater
profit, build a barracks (first you need a basement).

Servicemen do not count towards the Barracks limit.

You can get the information on whether or not you need to upgrade the
barracks from the Guild Report on top of the Guildmaster's Chest.

MINOR GUILD HALLS:
Your Guild can now start minor halls in the 7 cities (IC is governed by
the Main Guild Hall)

To build them, speak with Favo Drothan. He'll get the buildings up
for you. Then you promote one of your mercenaries to the head of the
hall and they'll recruit members for that hall. Each Minor Hall pulls
in 500 gold a month, making them very profitable. But each Hall costs
5 days and 5,000 gold.

KNOWN ISSUES

Sometimes during the building scripts and Profit
Control script the variables take a while to
change. Wander around for 10-15 seconds when you are
waiting for a building to finish between wait periods.

to create the Order of Ascadia for Morrowind, this mod's
ancestor.

The members of the Oblivion Mods forums for creating the
tutorials that it took for me to get accustomed to the Oblivion
editor from the Morrowind one (was a large change)

Kion Gealrion, the maker of the uniform Light Armor. Without that,
your archers wouldn't be able to walk in style.

And you, the player. Without you, this mod would become something
