I created this mod to test my modding skills, as I haven't previously modded Oblivion before. It is pretty simple. Endorse if you like it.
Description:
This mod adds a unique sword and ring to the game. It is summonable by equipping the Ring of Soul. The sword itself is called the Soul Sword, and has the combined (best of both) stats of an elven shortsword and a fine steel longsword. It is enchanted with Frost Damage 15 pts for 3 seconds and Weakness to Frost 25% for 5 seconds.

No issues known.
