Donation Points system
This mod is not opted-in to receive Donation Points
Adds different variations of quality for weapons. Now each weapon comes in a ruined, rusty, regular, sharpened, fine and ancient quality. Only covers default enchanted weapons, no mods or expansions. Mixes the new variations into the level lists of NPCs, creatures and vendors. Updates vendors lists to include the higher level weapons.
