Go to anvil abandoned house and u will find a chest and u will find really boss upgraded armor and sword that look like Umra's in it. Now the basement is open there and the chest is in the basement and is now owned by the player. Let me know in the comments if you find any problems. Goes good with Insanitys Umbra Sword Replacer by InsanitySorrow http://oblivion.nexusmods.com/mods/43762//? Good re-texture. I highly recommend it. The sword uses the Umbra's original textures, so that mod will replace my sword as well.
