The attack button works like the cast button when you don't have a weapon or fists readied. Instead of readying your weapon when you press the attack button you cast the active spell. You can toggle the affected weapons by typing; set qazAttackToCast.state to 100 in the console.
Known Issues or Bugs
This mod will not work if your attack button is not on your mouse and/or the cast key is not on the keyboard.
