Mark & Recall spell suit

What is this?:
--------------
the Mark & Recall spell suit adds some mark and recall spells to oblivion. :) obvious.
mark and recall work as the original spells from Morrowind.
exceptions:
- you can't teleport when you are in battle/danger.
- you can mark 5 different locations and recall them.
- the return spell teleports you to the position where you last used recall.
- the Mark&Recall spell opens a teleport menu.

Features:
---------
- these plugins don't change any existing content so they will be compatible to nearly any other plugin out there.
- nearly every spelldealer has a part of the Mark & Recall spell suit, but the highest level spells can only be aquired inside the Arcane University.

Known Bugs:
-----------
- on teleporting the weather will be reset. this is a bug in oblivion which i can't fix.
- some quests require that you can't leave a certain area (f.E. the Arena). i don't know how to test for these particular circumstances, so you should be careful.

Tips:
-----
- you should mark only in interior cells to reduce loading time. (teleport shows only a black screen while loading)
- you shouldn't mark dangerous positions if you're forgetful. (5 different locations are hard to distinguish, trust me)

Installation:
-------------
copy "SunBlade Mark&Recall.esm" and "SunBlade Mark&Recall insert.esp" from the Data\ folder to your Oblivion\Data\ folder and activate the plugins.
