Description:
This mod contains my first sets of armor and weapons. There are 3 new weapons and 2 full sets of armor. They can all be bought (or stolen, of course :P) from shops in the IC Market District.
The Goodies:
Obsidian Greatmace - This terrifying weapon comes from the glass mills of Morrowind, and is designed for use against cavalry, crushing the horse's legs or dismounting its rider in a single swing. Very powerful, but also heavy, expensive, and prone to chipping.
This item can be found in the Red Diamond jewelry shop.
Marble Warhammer - Somewhat lighter than its ebony counterpart, the Marble Warhammer is made from a pure white rock found in Hammerfell. Despite its high price and fine silver filigree, the Marble Warhammer is a prime combat piece, worthy of the best hammer-wielders.
This item can be found in the Red Diamond jewelry shop.
Twaincleaver - This wicked blade comes from the forges of Argonia. Its primary function in the past was as a tool for the execution of condemned criminals, but now it has been retired, sold to a merchant interested in its great size and unusual shape. It is costly and weighty, but well balanced and excellent to do what it was built for: separating souls from bodies.
This item can be found in the Slash 'n Smash weapons shop.
Silver Armor - This is a popular type of lightweight parade armor, plated in pure silver. It does not offer much protection, but is very springy and resistant to damage. It was fashioned for one of the sons of Emperor Uriel Septim, but never made it to its intended owner. It is now for sale to anyone who has the septims.
This set of armor can be found in The Best Defense armor shop. The matching shield can be found in the Stonewall Shields shield shop.
Golden Armor - This is a special set of armor made as an anniversary gift for the Emperor Uriel; It is composed of nearly solid gold. It is naturally very heavy, and exorbitantly expensive to buy. Though not intended for combat, the armor offers moderate protection, and it sheer mass gives it a lot of shock-absorbing capability. This comes at the expense of costly repairs, though, and will probably limit this armor to a showpiece role. It was still being forged before the emperor's untimely demise, and was never fully finished. It is being sold as-is, lacking most of its intended encrustations of jewels and precious stones.
This set of armor can be found in The Best Defense armor shop. The matching shield can be found in the Stonewall Shields shield shop.
Installation:
Unzip the .RAR file into you Oblivion\Data directory, and enable the Mod in your data files. Enjoy!
