There is a fort floating high above Cyrodiil in the Colovian Highlands northwest of Chorrol. There is a small questish like thing you'll need to complete to gain entry. Once inside you'll find a comfortable living area, plenty of storage space, several display tables and shelves and three display cases. On the outside you'll find several vantage points where you can get an excellent view of Chorrol and other parts of Cyrodiil. There's a couple of other things that I'll leave to you to discover.
