This simple Cheat Mod adds 9 scrolls to the Imperial City’s Arcane University in the Archmage Lobby room. The scrolls will Teleport the Player to one of 9 Major Cities in Cyrodiil. Think of the time wasted while traveling in bad weather or facing rogue bandits on the way to a city. This idea was based on a Rune Stone Mod from Morrowind. The scrolls add a spell for each city. This is a Cheat Mod and could invalidate a game should the Player enter a region while on a quest; so use wisely…
