fixed compatability issues and the somewhat garbled readme
Adds a sword to the world of oblivion that the player will have to find.
Go to the Fighting Chance in the imperial city, what does Rohssan have for sale ?
Note: The item sometimes is not availiable, come back after three days to solve the problem (this happens VERY,VERY rarely
the sword has the same stats (roughly) as glass, just a little lighter. No big deal right??? Well not exactly, you will find this weapon quite effective against vampires

Valamir for the hand guard tex.
and that guy on the tes forums that gave me the proverbial "slap over the head" for the dumbness in my script :D
