Description
===========
Atlesin is a large player home in a partially sunken Ayleid ruin. It provides a living room, a master bedroom and quarters for associates, ample storage and an alchemist's lab.

Location
========
It is located on the eastern bank of the Niben Bay, opposite of Bravil, near Morahame. The entry is an Ayelid Tower in the shallow water. The door for non-teleport entry is under water.
For full access to all parts you need the Owner's Key, which is found in a chest in the Master Bedroom. Just find your way there. For initial exploration you will need some time, and waterbreething equipment might come in handy.

Install
=======
1. Copy the .esp file to (install folder)\Oblivion\Data\
2. Start Oblivion Launcher, click 'Data Files', place a checkmark beside the .esp file(s).

Uninstall
=========
1. Start Oblivion Launcher, click Data Files, uncheck the .esp file(s).
2. Delete the .esp file from \Oblivion\Data\
