As far as I know there are "NO PROBLEMS" with my mod and it seem fine with other hair mods I have tried.
---------------------Install---------------------
Just unzip the file and put it in your Oblivion/data folder.
To uninstall: Just delete the UnlockedHairs file from your Oblivion/data folder..
