v1.1 - No item is put in inventory anymore. All you have to do is touch the stone which then disappears after giving you the power.

Adds a "bonding stone" to Frostcrag Spire that gives you the permanent ability to teleport back. No item is required as an actual lesser power is added.
Not much to do. Just unzip the esp file, put it in your Oblivion data directory and select it as one of your addons.
This workd even if you've already been using the tower. The next time you go to the middle of the main level there is a glowing stone floating in the center of the floor. Just pick it up and use it and you have the power to return whenever you wish. The stone disappears.
This requires the Frostcrag Spire (Wizard's Tower) addon by Bethesta.
