Revamped magicka regeneration system.
This plugin make changes to the rate at which you regenerate magicka.
At first, when your willpower is below 50, your regeneration rate is pretty slow, so stock up on potions. When you reach 50 you will gain 1p of regeneration every five points of willpower (50, 55, 60, ...) up to and including 105. After that, you get 2p of regeneration every five points of willpower up to and including 125, so fortifying your willpower above 100 is useful now.
This mean that at a willpower of 100, you get a bonus of 11p to your regeneration, and at 125 the total bonus is 20p.

This will work with anything, including Mighty Magick and OOO.
