Delaric's Skingrad House Garden Upgrade

Thank you for checking this out. This adds an additional upgrade to
the Skingrad house (Rosethorn Hall) that you can purchase. It costs a
bit more than the other upgrades as it is a very special service.
See screenshots for an idea of what it looks like.

How do I get it?

If you have purchased your Skingrad House already, and been to visit it,
Falanu Hlaalu will have left you a note on your doorstep informing you
of a special offer available only to you...for a fee of course.

Features:

A completely revamped back- and side-yard of Rosethorn Hall. Adds grass,
various useful herbs, plants statues and even a gardener (with schedule)
provided by Falanu.

*Even if you have already purchased all the upgrades for the Skingrad House,
this will be available to you because it is a new quest.

Other things you might want to know:

This mod will conflict with Bananasplits "Better Cities: Skingrad" mod. But I will
try to make a compatible version if I find out how to do so, or if someone
would like to take it upon themselves to do so.

Even if you have not purchased the upgade, you will notice that the back and side
yard have grass on the ground and now there is a tree! This is provided free of
charge and looks much nicer I think.

You may notice people from around town coming to hang out in your garden, this is
to be expected.
