Flooding fort ruins located near the Topal Bay.
The key to the door was hidden away many years ago to keep the Vampires that dwell inside from reaching the outer world again.
If you are dilligent in your search you should have no trouble finding it.

Vampires, Rats, Traps, Wolves, did I mention the potential for drowning.
There is some swimming involved but not nearly as much as when I first started.
If you look for it there is a chest with a water breathing potion in it. I placed a couple of them inside the ruins, and on the outside of the ruins.

Install
Install this mod like any other, extract the zip to your Bethesda Softworks/Oblivion/Data folder,
then be sure to enable it on the Oblivion Data Files Tab.
