This is a house mod designed with the fighter in mind. It is located on the banks of the White Rose River, hints the name. It is sparsly decorared and includes a display area, a storage area, a training area(unfortunatly you can\'t really train) , and a sleeping area. *instalation* just unzip it to your Oblivion/Data folder
