What is it?
This is a simple tetexture of Hrormir's Icestaff along with a new enchantment.
What does it do?
It drains the target's fatigue by 9000 making them fall to the ground, making the look like they're sleeping. The enchantment lasts 10 seconds so don't worry, you don't have to worry about ruining your game.
Where is it?
Both my original staff and my new one, the Staff of Comatose can be bought from the Suspicious Merchant outside in the Marketplace. Don't worry, the merhcant is only a placeholder for my quest.
Is it a cheat item?
Yes and no. Yes because it drains a ridiculous amount of fatigue all at once. NO because the staff CAN run out of charge and the spell only lasts 10 seconds.

1) Feel free to use this mesh or even the enchantment in your own mods, just give me credit for it.
2) I created 2 new particle effects to go with this spell
Fixed Bugs:
Particle effects no longer permanent if cast on objects.
