This is my 2nd mod ever but my 1st ever script so don't be too harsh on me since I am still noob 2 modding! This adds a spell that removes all of the targets clothing(except their underwear). You can find a scroll teaching how to use it in the IC market district on 1 of the statues. you MUST read the scroll. It is completely ILLEGAL by MY LAWS to use this in 1 of your mods! DO NOT ASK ME 4 PERMISSION COS' I WILL SAY NO!!
