There's a map marker North of Bruma that will take you there.

Details
=======
The house includes a bed, storage and quite a veiw. It's free to use (for now).

Install
=======
1. Copy the .esp file to \Oblivion\Data\
2. Start Oblivion Launcher, click 'Data Files', place a checkmark beside the .esp file(s).

Uninstall
=========
1. Start Oblivion Launcher, click Data Files, uncheck the .esp file(s).
2. Delete the .esp file from \Oblivion\Data\

Further Releases
================
Further upgrades might include more furnishings and a price on the house.
