Glacial Residence

This is a home that was a request, so now that it is finished, I hope you all enjoy it. It is located in the far back of the Jerall Mountains’; the marker is already there so just zone to the home. This home does not have a quest to get it, however there is a key to get inside of the home somewhere on the property; a riddle will help you get it.
Home Information:
Exterior:
-The exterior of this home is rather large, covered with trees and shrubs to add some more life outside of the Jerall Mountains’. There is a small enclose garden on the property, this has grass and a rather large collection of alchemy ingredients.
-There is a stable for horse or whatever else that you may be riding.
-The home is enclosed with in a wall structure to have some privacy while out there. There is a second wall structure for the garden.
-There is a short range Archery area outside of the eastern side of the property.
-The alchemy garden has a rather large Clouded Funnel Cap, that is there to add some diversity to the garden.

Interior:
-The inside of this home is Companion Safe. All Chests’, Cabinets, Cupboards, and anything that can hold items are safe for storage.
-There are 2 Bedrooms to this home. Both are separate. The Guest bedroom has a walk-in closet as well as the homes storage facility. The bed in the guest bedroom is the only bed for companions.
-The Master bedroom is set for a private study as well as some display case storage. There is private reading area with-in. The bed is set for player only as well as the throne. This was done to keep the companions out of my area of the home.
-There is a closet downstairs for the Food & Drinks. This is a non-respawning container, so the food in it is limited.
-The dining room table can fit three and is companion safe, however, they still seem to walk into the table to sit down.
-There are a number of display cases within the home and are all empty so you can put your treasures there.
-The Fireplace is redone and has more realistic wood to it, as well as comforting fire.

Download Safety:

This download is safe for all computers. This is tested on both my PC and Notebook.

Bugs & Issues:

The interior of my home has my signature custom plant vase inside. Be warned removing this will result in a floating alchemy plant there, in this case Ginseng Red.
There are no other known issues to this mod. Horse will wander the property, and if have companions set to guard after a period of 24 hour game time, they may wander back to position.

Installation:

Put the Glacial Residence Esp. In the Oblivion/data Folder.

To uninstall, simply delete the esp.
