Note that this is the first version. Most of the features are still in my head. I will add them as I gain more experiences with the CS.

-What it does?

This mod's goal is to makes the boring conversation between NPCs and player more interesting.

-Features

- Fixed Bounty bug. Player can no longer pay the fine if they don't have enough gold.

- Fixed even more bugs
- New bulletproof fleeing system. The guards will not attack beggars now.

- Redo beggars dialogues. You can now...
- Be a saint. Donate 10 or 100 gold
- Be evil. Chase them away with aggressive and death threat tones!
- Be even more evil! Why chase them away when you can rob them!
You can now rob those poor beggars! Take every last gold coin from them and let them rot! Who cares about them anyway...
No gold to offer you? No problem, you can ask for their soul to fill your black soulgem instead! (Of course, they won't be
around to let you fill your soulgem!)
- Beggars and Highwaymen actually flee from player. :) Thanks a ton to flyfightflea.
- Fix some known bugs

- Bed rental system now works. You can now...
- bargain for cheaper room. Some inns are easy. While some are harder. But cheap inns will less likely to give a cheaper price.
- Threat the innkeepers for free room. Some are easy to bully. But Orc and Nord innkeeps won't be
happy when you try to bully them. Expensive, luxury inns will not give you free room easily because their regular customers
are famous and powerful people.
- Become an inn's regular/member. Staying at an inn regulary and the owner will regonize you.
Once you're a regular/member, you'll get a special price without bargain. But some inn won't care about regulars.
- Become an innkeeper's best friend! Free room for best friend! You can stay for free. Some innkeep will make friend with everyone.
While some don't make friend at all. Some will make friend only with their fellow race. Some will adore strength.
Some will admire intellegence. Some will love good deeds.
- Bargain / Threatening don't make you regular customer. And innkeeps won't count you among their friends.

- Completed hihwaymen's dialogues. Player can now bluff/intimidate or even rob those highwaymen back!
- Vampires rejoice! Vampires can now show their fangs to highwaymen!
- Highwaymen now respawn! You can rob them, kill them, scare them as much as you want.
- Bluffing now use speechcraft skill and anything else that has to do with the topic to determine the chance of success.
For example, Player bluff that he's the master of the fighter guild, which is a lie. Since the current master of the fighter guild is female. Male
characters will have less chance of success than female characters.
- Intimidating now use strength or speechcraft skill depend on situation.
- Anything about money will use mercantile or speechcraft or both.
- Fixed even more spelling errors. Especially the word "Cyrodiil" Shame on me...
- Reduced fines limits for factions as following.
Champion of Cyrodiil - 3000
Blades - 1500
Fighters/Mages/Arena - 1000
- You can no longer make excuses if you attack a guard.
- And a few more things I forgot!

- Completed the guards dialogues. Player can now use advantage of the every factions they are in.(except the Thief Guild and the Dark Brotherhood)
Player can lie\make excuses\intimidating guards. There are certain limits though.
Champion of Cyrodrill will always got away. Not matter how much his\her bounty is.
Blades can also get away with this if bounty is no more than 3000 gold.
Other factions member can get away if the bounty is no more than 2000 gold
- Your infamy point will increases if you use "more agressive" tones regulary. Both to the guards and the beggars.
- Use ranks to get away from crimes will also increase your infamy point.
- Fix some v0.2 bugs (more like my mistakes)

Version 0.2
- More options for speaking to the guards when arrested. There are bluffing, threathening and making excuses.

Version 0.1
- You can chase away beggars with normal and aggressive tones.
- You can avoid the crime. If you are a member of the Blades or the Champion of Cyrodill. (at the cost of infamy points.)
- You can threathen innkeepers for free rooms. (Not working Yet)

COMING UP NEXT...
In version 0.8 I was planning to...
- redo the rumor stuffs. You can talk about the rumor with NPCs. Like my mod's motto. "It's time for your character to say something"

Here are some example of what I have in mind...

Player : *click rumor*
NPC : I saw some mudcrab recently...blah blah blah...
Player Choice #1 : Yes... annoying creture indeed...
Player Choice #2 : No! Mudcrab is a sweet little creture.
Player Choice #3 : Thanks for the info.

Player : *click rumor*
NPC : I can't believe it! The gray prince has been defeated. There's a new grand champion. Someone called....blah blah blah...
Player Choice #1 : Yup, that was me. Gray prince was no easy at all.
Player Choice #2 : That was me. The fight was too easy I could take him down with a spoon.
Player Choice #3 : Good to know. Thanks.

Player : *click rumor*
NPC : I heard that.......is really good with a blade....
Player Choice #1 : Wow. Good to know.
Player Choice #2 : Meh, I can beat him with my hands tie and my eye blindfold.

The concept is, player will be able to interact with the rumor. Allowing for a step closer to roleplaying. (I think)
