I have "converted" the Oblivion music to sound more maddening. To me it sounds more like a Crazy Scientist or a lunatic made the music. . I have 3 versions, One is normal madness, one is reversed, and one is normal madness with evil laughs.I am working right now on a Reversed version with the laughs. Also to come in pounding, drum like noises. If you have any suggestions, please contact me!

Extract, and put the version you would like in Oblivion/Data/Music/special
Make sure you rename the music to tes4title.mp3, otherwise it will not work.
