You need this tool to apply my patch and unnerf Mehrune's Razor DVD-edition - the only DLC that isn't affected by JOG's plugin: http://www.tessource.net/files/file.php?id=3083
I can not guarantee full functionality of this patch. I don't take any responsibility for broken savegames or anything else, which might corrupt the game, although the patch and the patched file work for me without any problems.
I highly recommend to use Quarn's Unofficial Official Mod Patch as well to get rid of the bugs in the official plugins.
